Overview
The Department of Malaysian Studies aims to achieve the following objectives, namely to develop and expand knowledge, especially that related to the field of Malaysian Studies.
To train and prepare prospective teachers who have sufficient knowledge and skills in the field of Malaysian Studies to meet the needs of teaching staff in schools and institutions of higher learning.
To produce graduates who have the knowledge, integrity and positive attitude in playing the role of leaders who are expected to be able to contribute to the development of the country.
To increase the capabilities and participation of the Department’s academic staff in the development and advancement of the faculty and university.
